I had the absolute pleasure of recording Mark Dresser, Han Bennink and Mary Oliver last night. My dear friend and tonmeister Joachim Goßmann joined me working the gig. Sitting listening to them improvise and play tunes, including several by Misha Mengelberg was wonderful. A joy when this type of session comes along.

(In front of them, you see what looks like an old fashioned tv antenna or something....it is a REALLY nice stereo tube omni mic that we used for the room from KMF Audio.) Also, above it, you can see the Neumann's we used for additional room sounds. (Thanks, Tom!)
